NASTARPublic NASTAR courses in Aspen/Snowmass are available seven days a week! Nastar (National Standard Race), developed in 1968, is the largest public recreational grassroots ski racing program in the world. NASTAR provides a fun, competitive and easily accessible recreational ski racing program that, through the development of a handicap system, allows skiers of all ages and abilities to compare themselves against their friends, family members and the U.S. Ski Team regardless of when and where they race. PRICES:ADULTS: $7 for 2 runs; $11 for the entire day. CHILDREN: (12 and under): $5 for 2 runs; $11 for the entire day. 7-DAY NASTAR PASS (for adults or kids): $40 - unlimited NASTAR use for a week on all three NASTAR courses - Snowmass, Aspen Mountain and Aspen Highlands. SEASON NASTAR PASS (for adults or kids): $132 - race all season on all three mountains! Races take place at Aspen Highlands on Saturdays, for the more and advanced skier, and Sundays for the miore recreational skier, boarder or tele-marker.
